When the firm was awarded the project upon the passing of its first architect, the Concept and preliminary Schematics had been used to pre-sell apartments and market to concessionaires. With this challenge, the team redesigned the Architecture and Engineering to increase spatial efficiency and provide amenities fitting of the tallest building in Southern Philippines
