As the Philippines continues to decentralise, real estate firms are developing their vast estates outside Manila. The Mimosa+ Retail Strip is a pedestrian mall in the Clark Freeport Zone. Syndicated Architects were commissioned to design the landscape, environmental graphics, and lighting. Reducing energy usage and increasing thermal comfort was prioritised by the team. Construction was completed in 2022.
